Samantha Jones

Over the past seven years, I’ve been immersed in the fitness industry, gaining valuable experience working with diverse clients. My journey has included guiding newcomers taking their first steps in the gym, helping individuals with specific ambitions like Triathlon and Ironman, and assisting those on the road to recovery after injuries or surgery. I’m dedicated to providing a service that constantly evolves. I achieve this by consistently seeking opportunities to enhance my knowledge through various courses and certifications. 

 

I believe in the value of leading by example. I’ve dedicated myself to personal growth, becoming a better coach by pushing my own limits. This journey has involved competing in fitness events, stepping into the ring for white-collar boxing, and my next challenge is taking on a half marathon. By challenging myself, I aim to better understand the unique challenges and successes of training and to inspire and support my clients to reach their fullest potential.
