CLUB CARREFOUR – APP TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About Us

This mobile application is operated by Club Carrefour Ltd, trading as Club Carrefour Health Clubs ("we", "us" or "our").

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Carrefour Health Clubs mobile application ("the App").

By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purpose of the App

The App is provided to make it easier for Club Carrefour and Carrefour Metro members to access information about our health clubs and manage their class bookings.

The App may allow users to:

View information about Club Carrefour, Carrefour Metro and its facilities.
View fitness class timetables and availability.
Make and manage fitness class bookings.
Access relevant gym and membership information.

The App is provided as an additional service to support our existing gym membership services.

3. Memberships and Payments

The App does not offer or process purchases, membership payments or subscriptions.

Any gym memberships, subscription fees or other applicable charges are arranged and managed separately through Club Carrefour's existing business operations.

Downloading or using the App does not automatically create a gym membership or payment obligation.

4. Class Bookings

Class bookings made through the App are subject to availability and the applicable Club Carrefour membership conditions.

Members must follow the gym's class booking, attendance and cancellation requirements.

Our existing 24-hour class cancellation policy applies to bookings made through the App.

We reserve the right to amend class timetables, availability or bookings where reasonably necessary.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate information when using the App.
Keep their account login details secure.
Use the App only for legitimate purposes.
Not attempt to interfere with, damage or misuse the App.
Not use another member's account without permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

6. Availability of the App

We aim to keep the App operating reliably and accessible. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update, maintain, modify or temporarily suspend the App where necessary for technical, operational or security reasons.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, text, images and other content within the App belong to Club Carrefour Ltd or are used with appropriate permission.

We take reasonable care to provide a reliable and secure App.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control or misuse of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our App, business operations or legal obligations.
