Using weighted bars, dumbbells, and step boxes, tone and sculpt your whole body into shape. With high reps and emphasis on good technique, the class concentrates on individual muscle groups to ensure a complete body workout. Suitable for all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or re-schedule, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. As many classes are often full, if you fail to show up for classes three times or a last minute cancellation occurs online booking privileges may be revoked for future bookings. Please arrive 10 MINUTES prior to the class start time to ensure a smooth check-in and setup. Otherwise your space may be given to someone waiting.
